Standard fees below — every trip starts with a conversation, and we'll land on the right fit before anything is booked.
No black box. Here's exactly what I do, what I charge, and when.
Standard Booking
Book a hotel through my Fora booking portal and my planning help on that stay is free — I earn a commission from the supplier, not from you.
Trip Assist
For trips that need more than a booking: excursions, dining, transfers, logistics — coordinated and watched.
Full-Service Flights
I book it, monitor it, and handle changes and seat strategy. Booking your own flights? My timing and pricing guidance is always free.
Concierge
The full white-glove treatment: complex routings, special occasions, everything handled start to finish. If a trip's expected earnings come in under $350 or the scope runs above standard, this tier applies — and I'll always tell you before any work starts.
Complex & Groups
Multi-family trips, celebrations, groups of 8+ rooms or 16+ travelers. Custom-quoted.
Full-service planning starts at a $2,000 trip value. Below that, the booking portal and Trip Assist usually cover it — I'll point you to the right door.
Once final documents are issued, client-requested changes are $50 per request. If the supplier causes the change, the fee is waived.
