The operator's perspective
Before I designed trips, I spent fifteen years operating hotels. I know what happens behind the front desk — the staffing, the systems, the hundred small decisions that make a stay feel effortless or quietly fall apart. I look past the lobby photograph to the people, the service, and how a stay actually works.
What that means for you
I vet properties, pacing, and logistics like an operator. You bring the reason for going. I'll work on the way there.

A note about my use of AI: I work with AI tools every day, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise. They help me research, draft, edit, and organize. The trips are mine, the opinions are mine, and every word published under my name is read, revised, and approved by me before it reaches you. — Adam
